IT Services for Tide Franchises

We want to partner with you!

Tide Cleaners and Cumulus Nine (C9) have been partners for 10 years providing Professional IT and Infrastructure support. Recently, Tide Corporate announced they will no longer include C9 services through them but encouraged each franchisee to continue the standards established by C9. This allows C9 to offer our services directly to each individual franchisee and to customize those services to individual stores.

Level 1

Level 1

Level 1 includes all the same services that you currently receive through the Tide Corporation.


  • 24/7 External Monitoring of Firewall (including threats)
  • Internal Wi-Fi signal strength monitoring and connection statistics.
  • Firewall and Access Point Configuration and updates
  • 24/7 internet Up/Down Monitoring including best effort remediation 
  • Up/Down emailed notification to franchisee contact(s)
  • Periodic System Security and Penetration Testing
  • 5G-LTE Setup and Failover Testing (requires a support firewall and configuration)

Level 2

Level 1

Level 1

Level 2 includes all the services from Level 1 and the following:

  

  • Internal Monitoring including firewall, switch, access point and workstations etc. via C9 software agent
  • Periodic ISP failover testing
  • Emailed notifications for firewall, access point, CPU, memory and hard drive utilization
  • Prerequisites - (Verizon Business Internet Gateway)

Level 3

Level 1

Level 3

Level 3 includes all the services from Level 1 and 2, and the following:

  

  • C9 Managed 100/25 Internet with 1 static IP
  • C9 Managed Phone Service with 2 handsets
  • C9 Managed Cloud Cover (Pandora) Music with ad insertion capability
  • Computer Level virus and malware protection
  • Automated Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting (hardware diagnostics, URL visits, vulnerability assessment, software inventory, etc.)
  • Tide Franchisee Priority Help Desk Support (6:00AM – 5:00PM MST)
